A 45 km itinerary that is entirely flat and of great interest for tourists. This route can be connected to others, such as the Tiber cycling route, the former Spoleto-Norcia railway and the Trasimeno Ring cycling route. Some stages can be covered by train with the Orte-Falconara railway line connecting Spoleto and Assisi and the Foligno-Terentola railway line linking Foligno and Assisi.
