The story of Fratelli (Brothers) Masciaghi is a typical Italian example of entrepreneurial growth: it was founded in 1967 in the town of Monza as a small artisan manufacturer of touring bicycles with the founding partners themselves working as employees.
After relocating to Cavenago Brianza seven years later in 1974, the company continued to prosper. However, 1994 was the year that marked a significant turning point: by acquiring the ownership of the “Fausto Coppi” brand, Fratelli Masciaghi entered the world of cycle racing, kicking off its international success.
The transfer of ownership to PE Industrial in 2023, steered by managers and entrepreneurs Paolo Baretta and Enrico Gianotti, represents a new chapter in the company’s history. With newborn interest in sustainable mobility and the Italian craftsmanship and manufacturing tradition, the company intends to carry on Fratelli Masciaghi’s legacy of success and victories with an eye on the future.
Past history provides a solid foundation on which to build the future with the aim of expanding and establishing its products both nationally and internationally.
